Staff may be weighted down by paperwork but they should engage the patients more in their recovery.
We should be allowed to get access to books in the staff library and Wi-Fi.

We are sorry that you feel like this. We work with patients, families, carers and other agencies and will not discharge someone to anywhere that is not in their best interest. Anyone who feels they are not being listened to can talk to the ward manager. If they are not able to help you will be signposted to our Patient Advice and Liaison Service.
