I would never be worried to have to return to Brook View/Riverside. The care and kindness I have found in the 4 weeks I have been here, the staff are kindness it's self and nothing is too much trouble. I settled in and felt quite at home here.
Dr Paul was very understanding to out troubles. You have all restored my self confidence for which I thank each and everyone of you.

Great nurses and very knowledgeable doctor. Patient and kind to me. Don't like being forced to do things but I understand the process. A one to one may have helped. I am grateful for all assistance I have received.

I think the 136 room takes up too much of staff time which I believe is at the detriment of patients
Also I believe that paperwork is more important than patients which is also detrimental
What happened to protected time? In which staff were free from paperwork to spend on on the ward with patients.

Excellent care in the main but too many agency/non permenant staff and 136 room putting pressure on regular staff so that there isn't enough time for patients on the ward. Felt at points an inconvenience especially when on obs.
