I have no complaints . THis is the first time in four years I feel like my husband is getting the care he needs. Admiration to all the staff.

The care and attention to dads needs has been exceptional, I feel happy leaving him knowing that he is safe and well cared for. All staff have been friendly and very welcoming to us as a family and keep us updated on his care. Thank you.

The ward was really loud but the staff were really helpful and took care of me.
The beds were hard to sleep on. I like the new furniture in the bedrooms.

Liased and will be in contact with Wayne Lawrence ward matron, bay ward, Bernywood investigating complaints and problems ongoing and has assured me he will feed back to me.
Much room for improvement and same staff behavior quite shocking really.
Simple start off would be to ensure all staff have name badges.
