Felt it was a good ward.
Nice staff, my needs were met.
Some night staff are very rude and difficult when I ask for my PRN sleeping tablet which I need in order to maintain good sleep pattern.
It feels like a prison at times, I don't want to take medication but I know if I don't I will be sectioned.
Some staff are awesome, nothing is too much. They get me anything I ask for such as hot drinks.
Not happy with my drug screen on return from leave as I haven't taken anything.
Nursing staff have treated me with dignity and respect.
Everything and more things to do.
Communication amongst staff and parents needs to be improved to reduce stress and anxiety amongst all parties involved. I think it's very positive that patients are involved with their care and has an individual approach.
Everything was good.
The paintings and decorations around around the ward brighten up the place and is very encouraging and inspiring to look at.
It shows the past patient's work and is helpful for other patients as a reminder of good things to come.
Also the artwork help to make the experience of bay ward a little more hopeful for treatment.
The staff are very supportive but feel you do not have easy access to Dr's, psychologists etc which isn't fair and prolongs your stay.
The paintings brighten up the ward. The relaxation room is brilliant and actually gets me out of my room.
The lounge with large TV and X box is great idea even though I have not used it, it looks homely.
