Good: meals, some of the staff Improvement: Quiet lounge to have no TV Bedroom area to have plastic hangers Access to 1:1 sessions as required, with rights being informed of. Progress on any recovery.

Staff shortages. i.e. different carers each night for 3 weeks and them not knowing the ins and outs, this is for bank staff. No body seems to want to work on the night shift. Apart from this there attitude is outstanding and take great care in what they do.

It was good because people are kind with me and treat me with respect. I also like the care and the medication is also good. The chaplency is also very good. I also like the groups/they're teaching us all different kinds of things. thank you very mush.

There are a lot of agency staff that don't know the ward which doesn't help, what is good about the ward is that the regular staff make a lot of efforts to try their best to make the ward as comfortable as they can.
