The kindness and help and support was great, but the food could be hot when cold.

Can't say much as I stayed in my room most of the time and was only here for 24 hours not even but when I came out of my room. The staff were friendly and supportive, helpful and kind.

The health care assistants were fantastic, supportive , kind and caring, they treated me with respect and were there for me when I needed them. Charles, Faleicia and Fungi were also there for me when I needed them and were good nurses. The rest of the nurses on the other hand were unkind, lazy, uncompassionate, slagged patients off in the office where people could here purposely wound patients up so they'd get upset and Christine.

I could speak to some of the staff when I needed to but some of the staff need to have some respect for the patients as a lot of the time you are left in the dark and messed around so some improvements are needed and some of the staff are just rude towards you when they don't understand what you're going through otherwise than that I have recovered well and thank your help.

The staff here are very attentive and looked after my mum very well. Probably better looked after than at home. She was fed very well and ate things that she refused at home. Very caring staff.
