Today the only good part of my care was the calendar counting days until it's Christmas. It could be improved that I don't enjoy being treated like a baby shouted at, pushed by staff and often ignored or not allowed to say what is on my mind completely. Please don't employ staff who bully patients. Second subject to be improved : Instead of immediately give P.R.N medication in case someone is unsettled please take the time to listen to both versions of a story.

Today, the night shift for Sunday the 6th of December, I would like to report my damaged curtains and how the light gets dark in my room during the night. Also good about this form is to have the opportunity to share views so we can improve our NHS service. So please don't treat us all in the same way, but at the same time understand that each person is different. Like REM says "everybody hurts and everybody cries." But the hope is not lost!

The nurses care that I get better that makes me feel wanted and someone to talk to , I live on my own so it is nice to come to a place where people are happy it makes me think how I used to be and I want to get well again and be like that I don't know if I ever will

I was dreading bringing my son here for an ECG as we have not had good experiences with the gp or the general hospital as my son who is 8 can be very disruptive so I get stressed even before I leave the house. I came anyway.
I rang the bell to the treatment centre and was met by the nurse who talked straight away to my son and showed him a game Which he played all the way through the ECG. That nurse kept talking to him whilst the other nurse talked to me and asked me if it was OK just to go ahead with the ECG. I honestly could not believe how good my son was these nurses were so good that I have asked if I could come here next time or for anything for my son. After the ECG he played on a chair the general hospital has toys and books and lots for my son to do but nobody there talks to him at the treatment centre there was only a tablet for me son to play on but the nurse had his attention and he didn't want to mleave neither did I so I had a cup of tea and relaxed boy did I relax I felt so relieved and I would like to thank the nurses for there very great care to me and my son

I am an escort from another hospital where no one seems to notice me as I am not qualified but when I am here with a patient what I say seems to be respected, if I feel like that I think the patient that is m bringing to the treatment centre feels that too as they always like coming here even if it is for a general anaesthetic they look forward to the welcome they get here
