It was good about our care that some more flexibility will be allowed soon and that the nurses, doctors and health care support works can attend our morning meetings with the OTs. Looking forward to see it that different members of staff treat us following different rules, e.g. the staff lets us go out, another delays the process or even says it's not possible, some staff makes toasts for us at supper time, others say we aren't allowed to eat things not displayed; some staff are flexible with meal times when others just close regardless of nothing if everybody ate or not. Could you all act the same way.
Balance.
Mixed.
Today, Monday the 7th of December of 2015, 2 weeks and 4 days just before Christmas, the good thing is the alone time I was able to enjoy by not going to the swimming pool in the morning on the gym and relaxation OT session this afternoon. Brain training has been also great! At first I got upset for not seeing my friends in Bedford yesterday but as long as there is a nice service from the NHS to me and my mother we don't need to search other options.
- Amazing, beautiful, and wondrous.
It was amazing!
Everything was explained well. We were treated very well.
Openness, friendliness, punctuality (comes when agreed), informative - cannot think of anything that can be improved. I feel I am in safe hands.
Comfortable, clean environment. Extremely kind, caring and professional team of nurses deliver my treatment. They always make me feel comfortable and look after me very well.
