It became better as I became better so I suppose you really do understand mental illness or medication adjustments.
It seems quite a long time to be attended to for certain things which is acceptable as you are undoubtedly able to repair any errors.

I personally got good care treated well but I find it difficult coping on the ward. This is my 3rd Christmas and I feel symptom free. Completely gave need to progress quickly, under lots of stress.

- Staff are supportive.
- I can do exercises to loose weight, go for group walks.
- I am allowed to have choice of what I eat as I can cook my own traditional food.
- There are activities to do.
- I was able to see psychologist.
- I am allowed to visit my family.
What can be improved.
- To have more activities on the ward with staff.
- To have more staff so that I can go for my leave.
