Felt chair was comfortable but too high to get on and off if you are short or have inability problems. I like the head rest. Controls were a bit confusing first time. I think the fact that it can be positioned to suit the patient is good. I needed pillows either side of me.

I think the nursing staff at the treatment center are amazing people. They are very reassuring and patient. They notice little changes which encourages you. I felt very anxious and weak during the initial stages of my treatment and they understood this and were very encouraging. They build good relationships with patients and it is obvious they enjoy their job. Thank you.

I have found the ongoing support from my CPN to be consistent and reliable. She knows and understanding me well. With her support she referred me to the psychologist which I have found most helpful. Unfortunately the lack of psychologists in the trust is a major comment and more need to be reminded to enable long term work to be undertaken.
