Thank you for your review, The ward at times may feel that it is short staffed, however, the wards staffing is reviewed daily to ensure that it has adequate ,safe staffing levels.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that all staff did not introduce themselves to you. The ward has a welcome pack which explains what happens on the ward, I apologise, if you did not receive one of these.

I like the selection of food.
Thank you for your comment. I am sure rice pudding is available on the menu and this will be fed back to the ward staff who order the food.
