I am listeend to and suported.
I requested extra due to my poor mental health, and my needs were heard. Assessed and 2 extra sessions given I feel safe and respected.
I know that post sessions my mood will become more positive and I will be able to function better.

The staff are always caring and concerned. They make you feel you are in safe hands.
Suggested improvements
Parking bays nearer the centre would be, so good on the days I am really sore and tired.

This is always under review, we understand the problems with where the building is placed logistically. We have raised our patients concerns as it does come up on IWGC regularly. We can help provide you with assistance, we can use an alternative entrance if you can be dropped off. We have also arranged to have the bollards removed so you can drive up to the unit if we have prior knowledge. We do hope a more permanent solution can be found in the near future.

It's so unfortunate that there's that are suppose to perfect the interest of some patients, { }!

It's too late, I am out of care, my experience and believe about white people will never change they are the same today, tomorrow and yesterday.
