Having spent time in many general hospitals during my life I can honestly say I have never known such wonderful care that has been given to me on Riverside ward./nSuch caring and compassionate staff. { }!
Suggested improvements
There is nothing, everything was excellent, so nice to know mental health is treated so well. Being on Riverside ward to me was like a luxury hotel!

Staff tried to assist me with tasks and help me with positivity. Nursing staff and other {when} time members great.
Suggested improvements
We as patients cannot make our own drinks like we used to due to sharing because of covid. I miss this.
