Because the RIMS is very good and has mostly reduced my anxiety and the staff are all excellent and caring and a credit to the NHS.
Suggested improvements
Change the 24 DAYS and patient health questionnaire as they do not make sense.

Some members of staff were understandably busy at times but they would constantly tell you ten minutes and it would end us being hours (multiple times).
Suggested improvements
Be more honest about how long they would be to help (do not say ten minutes when it is going to be hours).

Paul said he would recommend the staff and the treatment felt safe good information felt respected, Paul likes that we try to do the same appointment times as it good to have a routine.

Paul said can not think of any improvements to be made as very happy with everything.

Excellent caring staff who come across that they really love their job.

When in the consulting room, found it difficult to answer staffs questions when there were 2 or more of them there.
