I have received to me excellent support from both a day and night staff over the past couple of weeks which has been really helpful.
Suggested improvements
Ward rounds always run very late causing increased anxiety and { } means that professionals and those there to support you such as family members have other commitments and can no longer attend and only attend for part of the meeting communication between hospital and community.

I am really sorry this has happened. We have reminded staff of the importance of keeping to time and to explain if the ward round is running late.
