There is a handful of staff that appear to really care but the majority after very little care and compassion. Communication is lacking and here is attendancy to after PRN after offering alternative solutions I have after felt ignored and that I have not been acknowledged in a day.
Suggested improvements
- Timely appointment slots forward round, clearly communicated ahead of time.
- More care and compassion particularly at night time staff.
- Time and space to discuss feelings/difficulties rather than just offering PRN.
