Staff communicated procedure clearly and were attentive at all times.

Suggested improvements
Setting up the appointment was a little long {} but I'm not sure who or what was responsible.

Thank you for your feedback. Before we can commence your ECT treatment staff at the treatment centre prepare all information for your anaesthetic review and this can be delayed by the need for physical health tests to be completed by the ward or community team. I hope you were not waiting too long, if you would like to leave us your details and I would like to contact you to explain any delays you may have encountered. We make every effort to ensure your treatment is safe but timely and value any feedback to continue our work in this area of practice.
