I would like to bring to your attention how lovely Love Joy is here on Bay ward. She has developed a trust with me which I am very taken by. She is such a lovely natured woman and I hope that she will get some recognition/Christmass bonus for all her hard work here as matron or head nurse. She is so lovely and a joy to work with.
