DAPA was a good experience for myself and my husband. We met a great group that we still keep in touch with, meeting monthly. The exercise staff were wonderful. Follow-up for DAPA was calm, respectful and caring. Questions were answered honestly whilst keeping professional. Recent survey we completed was very professional. She showed empathy and respect. Her calm attitude, taking time to ask questions and reply was without fault. My husband appeared very relaxed with Sarah even sharing a joke together. Well done.
