I have found al the staff to be very professional, some were going 'the extra mile' and totally treated as an individual.

Suggested improvements
Respecting my wishes not to involve some family members in decisions about me.

Thank you for your feedback. On admission we complete an information consent form with patients that would identify who we can and cannot share information with and always adhere to confidentiality, with the only exception being if there is a risk of harm to a patient/relative. If there has been an omission with this we apologise, and I would encourage you to speak to one of the nurses or myself if an individual concern has arisen, so we can look into it further.
