The staff here are very kind and caring and listen to what you say, I watched them with an old man and I would like these nurse to look after my dad. I watched them with a woman who did not want to eat anything and I saw one of the nurses sit down and ask what her favourite food was, who does that. The woman wanted a bacon sandwich.....the nurse got the woman a bacon sandwich. Enough said
