The caring staff and nurses are very compassionate about your care and are always the first to notice any changes in your health or well being such as heart rate. They are very friendly and helpful and are able to find solution that can prevent distress whilst in hospital such as moving beds by staff Carol. I find the communication and commitment endearing to the amount of hard work they do to ensure you are being looked after. What can be improved is for the doctors to explain the diagnosis more clearly so that the patients can understand.
