I travel from peter borough via taxi, costing $100 each day. I am on a programme for 10 days but having asked if I could.
Suggested improvements
Have had 2 a day over 5 days as I have before, I was told they are very busy I could have saved $ 500. If I had been told that I could have x2 a day. I thought it was a new requirement have only I treatment daily. I would have booked when x2 a day was possible.

My apologies for the inconvenience this caused you. We had unexpected levels of staff absence and capacity was challenging. We did not have capacity to offer more than 1 treatment a day, if you require this in the future please ask for this prior to your treatment sessions and we will try and accommodate it
