It is good that the staff care so much. They always try their best to help in anyway possible. Things to improve; The ways in which staff restrain you. I had one member of staff who pulled my fingers back, put his foot in front of me sending me and staff flying on the floor. When I begged to stop being so forceful because my hand was hurting he refused. I now have a sprained wrist. I understand why I was restrained but really don't think that much force was needed. I love film night but staff sometimes forget.
