Nurse and HCA care was usually very good within time restraints. Very clean environment. Talking therapy and one to one would much improve the patient experience, as a daily exercise/experience. Occupational therapy was excellent and the only improvement needed is better organization ("privacy" improvement in bedrooms). Living space good and clean. Food good. Weekend activities and co-ordination of visiting and outings to be organised and implemented. Safety good (over cautious).
