It is always good, the staff are all lovely and very helpful and caring. Most mental health help in Northampton is absolutely useless - thank god that the RTMS team are so great.
Suggested improvements
The patient health questionnaire are and always have been confusing and seemed like they are written by an 8 years old. They do not make sense.
