The care was warm, helpful and information. I do feel that my introduction to being in the ward was abrupt; I did not have good information on what day to day life here would be like until the morning after I was admitted. The ward seemed to be quite chilly in fact; the radiators did not work adequately and I had to request extra blankets often.
