Staff such as Matt, Mike, Natasha, Jubidah, Charity that treat you as humans and equals and staff such as Loveness, Lovejoy, Wayne that are straight talking and to the point when you need it. Staff who don't seem to understand mental health so their approach and attitude aren't helpful considering they are care givers. I would suggest a training day with ex patients to improve in certain areas.
