Most staff were exceptionally caring, kind and very supportive. I have felt very safe and cared for although I am quite poorly. I have however had to complain regarding one bank nurse for inappropriate comments, but this does not deflect how outstanding the rest of the staff are they are fab. Lack of milk needs improving. Veggie options at meal times are very poor or non-existant. And corridor rooms 1-4 is extremely cold at night.
