I found the radiotherapy staff cold and unfriendly. The staff who did the CT scan are rushed and did not take time to let me get comfortable. They did not put a paper cover on the table so I was even more cold than I needed to be. Because they didn't listen I was uncomfortable throughout the radiotherapy. They may have technical skills but they could improve their people skills.
