Great staff, very friendly, patient and informative when asked. Clean and tidy room done daily. Meals always on time. Helpful in getting you to make right decision for baby and mum.

I can not say enough about the care that's been given to me. Nothing is too much trouble there. Very friendly and caring. Thanks to all at CI for my care. All need a pay rise.

Staff have been wonderful, they've all made him feel comfortable especially when he's needed anything as he does not like asking if he needed help or just to talk. You've all been great. As a family leaving him in your care has been easy to do as we know you've really looked after him and we are very grateful. His bathroom needs altering shower doesn't have grab rails all around and a big step in/out the food is one improvement that's needed.

Everyone was very nice and caring. Helped to put me at my ease. Didn't encounter anyone unfriendly - can't think what could be improved - the care I received was excellent all round.
