Everyone is so kind & helpful apart from 1 nurse I reported to Lucy. Which was delt with. On occasion the staffing levels were totally inappropriate for the work load & having to wait for help to & from the toilet can be quite distressing. This is not the fault of the ward staff but management

Excellent care from every member of staff - nursing, cleaning, catering etc - more staff - they put up with a lot in the course of duty
