Every thing good no improvements required.
How quick I was seen.
Cumfy seats.
Everything. all midwives were fantastic.
Welcome staff all round.
Care very good. Would come any time.
The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I haven't yet had any medical care and therefore can not comment further on the service.
The most important improvement will be to have a chart of staff uniforms so we know who to ask for what. Because I have no idea what blue, white, pink, dark blue tops mean. So when I ask for something staff say you need to ask XYZ. If we are ill and in barrier nursing private room, it's annoying and a lot of time is wasted, asking wrong staff.
A few pictures wouldn't go a miss on walls of landscapes, sunsets, mountains. Add character.
16/17 July 13. Staff were pleasant. It would be better if patients could be advised of procedure and given an estimated waiting time. We arrived at 23:38 and although the department did not seem very busy, I was called in to see doctor at 03:15 had broken bone in hand - plastered and left at 03:45
