After booking into reception waited 40 mins before the nurse with details, checked with reception 3 times to see when we would be seen and was still waiting 3 hours later and still waiting now. Came in at 13.50 time wow 17.00.

Was sat 3 hours before even checking in at reception there was no one in treatment room for one and half hours prior to that. Waiting is a joke! Will never come here again receptionist was very uncaring bad mannered.

Why have a nurse booking people in?
Can't do an examination from a kiosk!
Extremely strange procedure, that makes no common sense at all.
