After booking into reception waited 40 mins before the nurse with details, checked with reception 3 times to see when we would be seen and was still waiting 3 hours later and still waiting now. Came in at 13.50 time wow 17.00.

Was sat 3 hours before even checking in at reception there was no one in treatment room for one and half hours prior to that. Waiting is a joke! Will never come here again receptionist was very uncaring bad mannered.

Nothing could be improved! Everyone we dealt with from head staff to bottom ladder have been caring, kind, very respectful, happy!! I honestly will miss seeing everyone as its been the best start to being parents!!
