All the staff were extremely helpful and very compassionate towards myself and my son in law. When my daughter's condition, deteriorated, we cannot praise the staff enough, it was very distressing but they explained and reassured us. Thank you to all the staff.
The staff have all been very friendly and helpful. They have explained everything in a way which is easy to understand and I feel both myself and baby have received a very high standard of care from all staff on the ward. Thank you all for the help and support coming for us both. :-)
All great.
All good. Keep it up!
Angela midwife was amazing lady. Kept me happy and feeling safe for my four day induction.
Allison I think excellent.
All the staff were absolute godsend. Wouldn't have gotten through the finale without Jenna or Caitlin especially. Couldn't have felt anymore comfortable.
The majority of the staff are absolutely faultless but some of the midwives don't always listen and can be a bit bossy, leading to bad feeling and tension, but overall a fantastic hospital.
All the midwives were good, just not enough around when you need them and had to wait several times.
Very good. Thank you :-).
We were meant to be having a home birth in our hired birthing pool but when we rung DRI there were no midwives available. We had no choice but to go to hospital but chose to come to Bassetlaw and so glad we did. Amazing experience in the birth pool room looked after exceptionally by Caitlin and Laura, felt so looked after and supported the whole time.
