Everybody who carsed for me was extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful.
All this with a smile.
It was all good, friendly staff.
Doctors explained, pain relief given. Improved bit support at labor.
Everyone was very cheerful and helpful. Happy to help even the most difficult patients.
Friendly and very careful staff.
Well looked after, good care and attention. Great staff.
Thank God.
All the staff from the cleaners to the consultants, physio team were all kind and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble.
Overall my care has been great one problem I find is usual and previous medication, is locked away and can only be accessed with someone with keys, only to be told it is given with medication rounds. All routine by this is upset. Sometime not having any at all. Which I find a little detrimenal.
Staff great but system wrong.
The care from the staff has been kind and considerate. Very helpful.
However, as a long stay patient I was like to use the TV/radio without having to pay an extortionate fee.
The ward can be noisy at times.
Free WiFi was also good.
