I came with my 68 years old husband who had fallen approx 12 ft and landed on his shoulder, hurt his back, swollen ankle and in shock, we arrived at 3 O'clock and wasn't booked in until 3-45 at A and E. I was disgusted at the length of time we had to wait when hardly anyone was in. Receptionist was too busy playing on her phone. People with serious injuries should be seen straight away.
