Staff were very approachable, friendly and helpful. Lots of help, information and advice available. A few things didn't work though, such as room clock on A2-Suite 3 and bedside light. TV in labour ward-RM1 didn't work. Lost £7 putting credit on, no-one got bacck to us or staff despite numerous people reporting fault on numerous occassions.
