1. Smokers allowed to smoke too near to entrance so the smell drifts in. 2. Chairs all facing one way, away from where medical staff call out names and due to noise have to keep turning round to listen out for name. 3. When medical staff do call out name it would be much better if they moved closer to where patients are sitting - not beyond the sign for the toilets, 4. When being treated a patient should feel that they have the whole attention of the nursing staff - not being interrupted and then disappearing! And then to be heard havin conversation about holiday in the corridor!!!! 5. It was my child who attended.
