Staff polite, courteous & friendly. Only small issue is that I was expecting a blood sample & test at 6AM, this did not happen till 9-30AM. I am self employed & like to be organised, this meant I had to alter plans to my business at very short notice, & re-alter plans from the previous evening, but as stated it is a small issue.
