The care was amazing. However the person who called to schedule my appointment argued with me about coverage since I am not from the EU (I am a resident w/a Nin) and also threatened me by telling me I could have cancer over the phone. I was not looked at yet and she is not a doctor. This is completely not OK.

You should staff they work within chaos - people are rude, aggressive and they remain polite and respectful. Arrived 1:25 pm for a 2:10 pm appointment long wait now leaving at 4:32 pm. The chairs in waiting room are too high for most people.
