The waiting was 1 hour 55 mins for an initial consultation. It should have been quicker.
I was also given the wrong blue form and nearly was given someone else's follow up appointment if I did not query the name on the card.

Told in advance I would be here for 2 hours and that helps to know. Makes all difference rather than waiting around feeling ignored.
- Staff very friendly and helpful. I felt cared for.
- Rather a long wait between referral and first appointment though!

Caring nursing team and radiologist.
Improvement:
I have observed that some non-english speaker struggled with the instructions given.

We did not have to wait very long before being seen.
Staff who are attending to patients should not be over burden with too much to do.
Today I found that the staff member was under pressure and therefore had very little time to attend to the patient.
I did not find this very professional or that we were taken into consideration.
