I was kept informed and consulted every step of the treatment journey. All actions were explained with rationale given. When unexpected issues arose with my teeth, they were thoroughly investigated and I was always presented with options and possible consequences, I have gained useful insight into my particular dental issue and increased my general knowledge too.

Reasonable waiting time, waiting area clean and agreeable.
Staff were polite, explained everything well, answered questions. Good equipment and staff. There were a lot of students! But we didn't mind as they have to learn.
