The dental nurses are all lovely (and reassuring!). We have seen over 20 different people over our visits and they have all been really great. Waiting time today was brilliant (but has been bad on previous visits).

Good communication.
Pleasant well mannered staff - medical and support clerical.
- I am brought to clinic on transport however - I have previously been kept till past 4 pm for appointment at 2.30 - not usually a problem if necessary - but to get home by transport after waiting over 1 hour - and drop off service - I did not get home till 8.50.

Can't believe I have taken a day off work to find out that I cannot be seen as the GP referred me to the wrong department of the dental hospital. I can't even book another appointment I have to wait.
