Great child friendly care - really gentle and kind.
But information about breastfeeding, inaccurate and conflicting with the WHO guidance and recommendations.
(Recommended to wean from all milk at 6-9 mths!!) Very concerning.

Courtesy, efficiency and explaining and involving me in treatment, with as much explanation as I waited. A very good experience. The dental student was excellent. One point, at reception, private conversations should be interrupted immediately a patient appears; if the conversation is work-related and important, the patient should be asked to wait, not ignored.
