I would like to complain about the waiting time, I've been here a couple of times with my son, the care provided by the dentist and reception is really good, but the waiting time is ridiculous, I always have to wait an hour or more, why can't a patient be late an hour.? But on wait to be seen this is wrong.

The doctor who saw me, the student doctor, the receptionists and the person who did my x-rays were all very friendly and caring and put me at ease. The doctor in charge who came in at the end of my consultation seemed to indicate I didn't really have a problem and I felt they were dismissive, and I have been struggling with this for 7 months. I may have just misinterpreted their manner. I'm just frustrated.
