The appointment system is voice when you're giving people 5 min slot when knowing that each appointment will be longer than that I waited myself and others feel this is unacceptable.

Hygiene should be improved. The person performing the biopsy wasn't wearing any mask and didn't change the gloves.
The personnel performing the biopsy looked inexperienced and untrustworthy. I didn't feel comfortable with them taking discussions on what to do.
