The timely manner that I was seen was great.
I was seen by two different dentists but I didn't understand why the first dentist asked for the second dentist to see me, I would have liked this to have been communicated to me - the reason why.
They were all polite and courteos. I think the dentist could have been more gentle but I really appreciated the care.

Mr Shah very polite. Took time to discuss and explain what options available and treatment.
It would help if patient was made aware of what costs may be incurred - my treatment might include my returning to dentist for possible crown/post/bridge.
