Lovely and clean environment. Nice and smiley receptionist. Sarah, x-ray nurse was very friendly and talked to me in Italian (she is learning my language). Professional students very nice service and professional.

Got seen despite 5 mins late.
Trainees were speaking amongst themselves and not keeping carer involved.
Care was not aware of what was going on.
Orthodontic consultant was good with patient but rude and dismissive to carer. Not very friendly, did not feel welcome.
